what is "conflict of interest" is it,,something that can be defined easy in the mico..but hardly in the marco..since some types of families LIVE 2 Rule,,till DEATH,,and some drafted or CALLed,,as needed,but change of POWER,,means CHange of vendors.<>>STATE of MIchigan says,at least buy MICHIGAN,and Cities,,like TROY,Michigan,,STATEs,as a city we can NOT know rather a Company is TROY based,,HOW can it every KNOW Michigan or an American made products,,take tax bucks,,2 ship overseas,,HIRE's lobbist,,that specialize in IMPORTing people 2 start and RUN Companies,,WONDER why,MICHIGAN has no MONEY!!..Even Automation Ally,TROY BASED,,ships..money 2 other  cities..we need a NEW PLAns
